1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Interregional Market Uptake Hub (IMUH) platform operated by INNO4CFIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

IMUH is a digital platform designed to accelerate carbon farming in Europe by connecting SMEs/startups, RECs/farmers, buyers, and general stakeholders. The platform provides technology showcases, carbon credit marketplace, messaging, metrics dashboards, and matchmaking services.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Roles and Access

The platform supports different user roles, each with specific access levels and capabilities:

  • Guest: Access to technology showcases and regional metrics.
  • SME/Startup: Ability to showcase technologies, connect with partners, and access performance metrics.
  • RECs/Farmers: Access to marketplace, technology resources, and community connections.
  • Buyers: Access to carbon credits, green technology investments, and partnership opportunities.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
  • Impersonate another person or organization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the IMUH platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of INNO4CFIs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant INNO4CFIs a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform.

7. Marketplace Transactions

Carbon credit transactions conducted through the IMUH marketplace are subject to applicable regulations. INNO4CFIs facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the agreements between buyers and sellers. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

INNO4CFIs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
